Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, shortlisting, interview & assessment, to offering and negotiating salary package.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, to ensure consistent communication to identify hiring needs and manpower planning to meets the business goals.
  • Perform analysis on talent development and retention to uplift the recruitment efficiency.
  • Driving talent diversity initiatives and other talent acquisition related projects, e.g. campus recruitment, MT programes, etc.
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of recruitment experience gained from sizable organization.
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.
  • Details minded and being able to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with employees of different backgrounds
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
