Responsibilities:

  • Perform as a HR generalist to provide full spectrum of HR service to regional office in Hong Kong.
  • Manage end to end recruitment process recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, conducting interview and on-boarding.
  • Handle C&B tasks such as payroll processing, MPF and benefits administration, taxation and insurance review etc.
  • Organise and coordinate the employee engagement and staff relations activities.
  • Handle expatriate matters in visa applications & renewals.
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 -8 years of hands-on HR all-rounded experience gained from MNCs.
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with employees of different backgrounds.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
