Responsibilities:
- Perform as a HR generalist to provide full spectrum of HR service to regional office in Hong Kong.
- Manage end to end recruitment process recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, conducting interview and on-boarding.
- Handle C&B tasks such as payroll processing, MPF and benefits administration, taxation and insurance review etc.
- Organise and coordinate the employee engagement and staff relations activities.
- Handle expatriate matters in visa applications & renewals.
- Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 -8 years of hands-on HR all-rounded experience gained from MNCs.
- Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with employees of different backgrounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
