Responsibilities:

  • To provide internal support to oversee the implementation and on-going maintenance of systems by outsourcing contractors
  • To assist in the procurement of IT equipment and vendor management
  • To review project deliverables to ensure quality and security compliance with departmental IT policies and guidelines
  • To support users on system acceptance testing
  • To support production deployment and rollout activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder; or Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree holder in Computer Science/ IT-related discipline

  • 3 years of IT-related experience
  • 1 year's experience in JAVA and SQL
  • Experience in Oracle RDBMS is preferable
  • Experience and knowledge in Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is an advantage
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English
