Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise Store Managers
  • Monitor the achievement of the budgets by analyzing daily sales figures in order to implement any necessary corrective measures
  • Verify that store image follows Company guidelines
  • Communicate with Visual Merchandisers to guarantee consistency of brand image in the boutiques
  • Communicate for stock movement and feedback regarding items which sell more and those which sell less
  • Monitor competitors and relevant markets in order to evaluate and propose new opportunities for the Company
  • Identify new ways to increase sales profits in the stores
  • Monitor stores costs
  • Monitor CRM

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion brands and with experience in the same/ similar role
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Dynamic and adaptive to multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
