Our client is a sizable corporations with stable business growth globally in recent years. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high HR caliber to join their C&B team

Responsibilities




  • Guide two C&B team members and ensure a smooth and accurate daily C&B operation
  • Responsible for annual exercises such as salary review and bonus pay-out, benchmarking and survey, medical and insurance scheme renewal, etc.
  • Act as the project lead on HRIS system-related projects of enhancement and upgrade
  • Assist C&B Manager on the implementation of C&B projects
  • Liaise with local HRs across the region on data consolidation and prepare various HR reports for management review
  • Participate in different HR tasks as required

Requirements




  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience of which a focus in the C&B and HRIS area, gained from sizableorganizations
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Senior HR Officer
  • Experience in participating HRIS enhancement / migration projects would be preferred
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, with knowledge of labour regulations across the region an advantage
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications and HRIS Systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
