Job Responsibilities
- Foster long-lasting client relationship and ensure excellent quality of case management services
- Facilitate frontline staff to collect sufficient information and documentation from clients and ensure policy application case submissions are complete and accurate
- Ensure effective and efficient case management processes
Job Requirements
- University degree, preferably with LOMA qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in life insurance industry
- Strong service orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
