Job Responsibilities

  • Foster long-lasting client relationship and ensure excellent quality of case management services
  • Facilitate frontline staff to collect sufficient information and documentation from clients and ensure policy application case submissions are complete and accurate
  • Ensure effective and efficient case management processes

Job Requirements

  • University degree, preferably with LOMA qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in life insurance and/or banking industry
  • Strong service orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
