About Our Client

Our client is a leader in the FMCG industry with a portfolio of products. As a result of their rapid growth, they are seeking an Assistant CRM Manager to join the team.

Job Description

  • Plan and implement CRM strategies & affiliate programs including acquisition, communication, e-engagement activities with digital optimization
  • Develop and execute business plan and activities in order to build customer loyalty and drive consumption
  • Redesign the customer journey & analyze touch points to maximize conversion
  • Explore and organize partnership co-op with different partners to widen the database
  • Evaluate and analyze the program effectiveness of all CRM programs and drive insight and decision making
  • Conduct customer analytics including behavior reporting and post-campaign reports to enhance future CRM campaigns, and translate the customer data into consumer insights and actions
  • Proactively bring innovative, creative & insights-driven solutions to drive CRM
  • A&P Management
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly reporting of KPI
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor or above in Communications/ Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience of solid CRM experience
  • Knowledge of using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) for customer segmentation and profiling
  • Able to demonstrate a strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, committed and result-oriented
  • Analytical mind with strong problem solving capability
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
