  • Drive the definition of the Client Development Strategy to all communication channels, which includes reviewing and integrating all feedback coming from Retail, Merchandising, Trade Marketing and HQ.
  • Guide and manage a highly personalized One-to-One communication program including product-based and delight activities set in order to build a strong commercial and tailored relationship with the customer.
  • Responsible for the CRM data analysis champion in order to track and help to optimize marketing activities and propose initiatives to support store to improve CRM KPIs.
  • Monitor and support the CRM budget and forecast process with timely and accurately and KPIs in monthly results in order to identify deviations from annual budgets and risks/opportunities.
  • Lead the E-commerce strategy for Hong Kong and Macau and develop the KPIs for E-commerce channel (official website, pop-up sites and other digital touch points).
  • Facilitate the new official website development and launch plan (P&L, development plan, IT, logistic and merchandising) and review the websites for conversion, unique visitor traffic and SEO purposes.


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, eCommerce or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience preferably with exposure in luxury brand
  • Presentable, negotiable, demonstrated creativity and critical thinking skills
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented team player and multi-tasking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure with can-do attitude
  • Strong PC skills in various MS Office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
