Our Client is a well established global technology conglomerate which offers a wide range of social media and social networking service, they are looking for a digital marketing manager to join the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content strategist:
    • Use insights tools and available research to drive strategic content development and storytelling (blogs, playbooks, etc.). Manage branding always-on content strategy and annual calendar. Curate/adapt contents for each communication channel (website, WeChat official account, newsletter, paid media ads) to increase user engagement and experience.
    • Regular review with key stakeholders to align on upcoming content releases, sourcing and localizing the relevant content from global website.
  • Manage and operate all digital marketing channels:
    • Website: Collaborate with Central Web Team/ web & WeChat developer to support all content and feature maintenance for official website (e.g. new page creation, old content retirement, global page localization, site enhancements including loading speed optimization and adding search function)
    • WeChat official account (OA): Build, edit and publish weekly OA postings, manage OA overall operation and performance (e.g. regular reporting on followers acquisition and content performance)
    • Paid Media: Plan and execute contents for monthly ads and advertorials publish. Comment on the creativity with agencies.
    • Use internal dashboard and analytic tools to measure the performance of dynamic content in various channels.
  • The program management & internal communication:
    • Support on the execution of marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional project teams and timeline.
    • Communicate, solve the problems, and get the alignments.
  • Success measurement and cross-channel result tracking
    • Define measurement metrics and collect data from each channel for integrated performance reporting.
    • Establish a cross-channel dashboard to illustrate the performance and to suggest an improvement area for on-going optimization.
    • Regular update/ learnings sharing with the team on channel and content performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years work experience in a marketing function
  • Experience defining, developing, and leading audience-led marketing content and activations to drive engagement, reach, and growth
  • Good understanding of web/ digital infrastructure and social platform optimization, covering web, SEO/SEM, email, social media etc. Experience in driving organic traffic to website and WeChat, optimizing synergy among web and social platforms
  • Solid experience in developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, including content strategy, channel management, and execution
  • Knowledge on web and social media measurement metrics and performance tracking
  • Proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams and ability to influence and collaborate across a matrix organization
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Affluent in English & Mandarin
