Responsibilities

  • Formulate the Training and Development strategies which grow and develop talents to support the organisation's strategic directions
  • Identify and prioritise training needs of the organisation; develop the framework and roadmap of training curriculum for different levels of staff
  • Identify and develop long-term partnership with external training consultants to design and roll out core training programmes; track the effectiveness and implement enhancements of the training programmes as and when appropriate
  • Initiate and manage the execution of talent development programmes including Executive Trainee Programme, Succession Planning and Development Programmes for key talents
  • Lead and implement different HR initiatives in the areas of employer branding, employee communications and engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of solid L&D and Talent Management experience gained from sizable corporations
  • Successful track record on revamp / setup of L&D or Talent Management frameworks
  • Independent, hands-on and able to multi-tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and tech-savvy in eLearning trends
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
