Responsibilities:

  • Support Team Head and work with a sizable team to develope and manage HR shared services function
  • Oversee and deliver a full spectrum of HR operations services including payroll and benefits administration, on/off boarding, salary and bonus review, HRIS enhancement, etc.
  • Manage third party vendors (insurance broker, MPF provider, system vendor, etc.) on their performance and capability to improve efficiency and quality of service
  • Partner with HR business partners and IT team to drive HR automation projects and HRIS enhancement process
  • Coach and guide team members in providing quality HR services to the business

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in HR Management/ Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of HR experience gained from sizable MNC
  • Hands on experience in C&B and HRIS administration
  • An effective communicator who is proactive and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
