Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive HR support encompassing talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll, tax filings, leave scheduling, and employee relations.
- Manage staff evaluations and KPI programs.
- Be the main contact for all employees for any HR matters including employment contract & terms, leave entitlements and HR policies etc.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and business leads on identifying hiring needs, manpower planning, headcount planning and budgeting
- Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; prior experience in retail is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
