Responsibilities:


  • Deliver comprehensive HR support encompassing talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll, tax filings, leave scheduling, and employee relations.
  • Manage staff evaluations and KPI programs.
  • Be the main contact for all employees for any HR matters including employment contract & terms, leave entitlements and HR policies etc.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and business leads on identifying hiring needs, manpower planning, headcount planning and budgeting
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; prior experience in retail is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
