Our client is a European Luxury Brand with strong global existence. To cope with their post-COVID growth in Hong Kong and Macau, they are now seeking for a high calibre to join them.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and effective HR services to both back office and front line shops
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment and selection tasks in HK and Macau, up to managerial grade
  • Be the focal contact point of employees and providing HR solutions to different enquiries
  • Act as the strategic business partner to provide HR advisory services to senior managements and department heads
  • Review and develop HR policies and procedures coping with the growth of the business
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare relevant HR reports for management review
  • Participate in any ad hoc tasks as required by the HR Director

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 6 - 10 years of solid HR experience gained from the retail industry
  • Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Independent, self-driven with multi-tasking ability
  • Knowledgeable in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and Labour Law in Macau
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications and HR Information Systems
  • Excellent command in verbal and written Chinese and English
