Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to designated business units.
  • Manage onboarding and exit and liaise with senior stakeholders and department heads on the development and implementation of different people strategies and HR programs.
  • Partner with TA and Shared Services team to ensure smooth and accurate HR operations on daily basis.
  • Be the main contact for all employees for any HR matters including employment contract & terms, leave entitlements and HR policies etc.
  • Guide business line managers on performance management process to optimize manpower effectiveness.
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 - 8 years of solid BP experience gained from sizeable organizations.
  • Successful track record playing a business partner role in liaising directly with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.
  • Independent, self-initiative with ability in handling multi-tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
