Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full range of HR activities not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, etc.
  • Provide professional HR advice to business leaders on the different HR strategic planning to cope with the rapid business growth
  • Source innovative recruitment channels and design efficient talent acquisition plan on the hiring of front-line operation
  • Review and develop the HR policy and procedures
  • Lead any adhoc HR projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, or equivalent
  • 6-10 years of solid HR experience, preferably from the retail or food & beverage industry
  • Independent, hands-on and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chines (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build up effective working relationships with all levels
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
