Responsibilities:




  • Lead subordinates and provide full range of C&B services to the company
  • Monitor the monthly payroll process to ensure the accuracy and timeliness
  • Measuring and enhancing the effectiveness of the C&B and payroll process and procedure.
  • Participate in C&B projects and annual exercises, such as staff cost budget, salary review and benchmarking, benefits scheme renewal, performance management & tax reporting
  • Act as a focal point to communicate with employees on related C&B queries.
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements:




  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience in sizable companies with hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits tasks
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Taxation Law and other related ordinances
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical sense
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS system
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
