Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full range of HR activities across the North Asia region
  • Coach and monitor the HR subordinates to ensure an accurate and timeliness HR operations
  • Act as the HR Business Partner with the senior management on driving new HR initiatives coping with the business growth
  • Enhance the HR infrastructure and HR system, coach and guide employees throughout the digital transformation period
  • Roll-out and implement corporate HR projects in change management and organizational effectiveness
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR / Admin tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 8-12 years of solid HR experience, preferably with regional experience
  • HR experience gained from MNCs within the logistics and supply chain sectors would be an advantage
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Good team player with strong business acumen
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
