Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide range of HR services including recruitment, retention, performance management and
  • Formulate and implement talent sourcing strategies, staffing policies and procedures
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for junior to managerial grade position
  • Drive HR initiatives which aim at improving corporate culture and staff engagement
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members and line managers on people management issues

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • At least 6 years of generalist experience gained from sizable organization preferably from public sector
  • Strong relationship building skills; able to influence and engage leaders across different business units
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
