  • Work closely with the team to provide support on full spectrum of C&B matters (payroll, benefits programs, global mobility, HRIS etc.)
  • Review and revise current C&B policy to ensure they align with up-to-date Employment Ordinance. Also as one of the key driver to C&B exercises including but not limited to annual salary review, incentive and retirement schemes, insurance plans, budget planning etc.
  • Maintain data integrity of HR system. Work with project team on system migration and on-going enhancement projects
  • Manage and executive ad-hoc HR projects as assigned


  • Degree qualified in HR/ Business/ Finance with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Solid experiences in C&B operations and payroll, possess a strong business acumen
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
