Responsibilities:

  • Organize and implement company employee engagement events and initiatives
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on preparation of company major events
  • Develop and enhance employer branding strategy to attract, recruit top talent and be an employer of choice in the market place
  • Act as Editor for internal newsletter, intranet and presentation to promote company's culture
  • In charge of wellness programs and collaborate with various function of HR team to create the best experience for internal staff

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM/ Communications/ Journalism or related disciplines, minimum 5 years of relevant experience gained from sizable firms
  • Sound experiences in taff relations, staff engagement, training organisation and staff activities planning and execution
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective relationships with different stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
