Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall training strategy and action plan in line with business goals
  • Design and develop training programs which meet business needs and requirements
  • Utilize internal available resources to deliver training projects while identify, source and assess external vendors for specific projects
  • Assist in talent review and preparing succession planning
  • Update and review content on the eLearning platforom regularly
  • Conduct regular review and analyse training data to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, minimum 5 years of solid experience in training & development gained from sizable company
  • Proven track record of program design & delivery
  • Energetic and confident with strong presentation skills
  • Independent thinker with a positive mindset and can-do attitude
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
