Job Description:

  • Conduct salary and labor market research to collect data to determine, establish, and maintain market competitiveness
  • Support annual performance cycle and administration
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and government grants
  • Manage the performance appraisal system and ensure performance assessment cycles are adhered to
  • Support organization's benefits programs e.g. leave policies, insurance policies, etc.
  • Manage insurance and recognition program
  • Creation of employee data and maintain employee data in HRIS, personal file, certification letter
  • Assist in the employee offboarding process such as exit clearance and cessation of employee access
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

  • University graduated with at least 5 years of C&B experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Words)
  • Analytical, proficient in Excel (Pivotable, formula) and able to handle huge mass of data
  • Good communications skills
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Sensitive and discreet in dealing with personal and confidential matters
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment
