Job Description:
- Conduct salary and labor market research to collect data to determine, establish, and maintain market competitiveness
- Support annual performance cycle and administration
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and government grants
- Manage the performance appraisal system and ensure performance assessment cycles are adhered to
- Support organization's benefits programs e.g. leave policies, insurance policies, etc.
- Manage insurance and recognition program
- Creation of employee data and maintain employee data in HRIS, personal file, certification letter
- Assist in the employee offboarding process such as exit clearance and cessation of employee access
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
- University graduated with at least 5 years of C&B experience
- Proficient in Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Words)
- Analytical, proficient in Excel (Pivotable, formula) and able to handle huge mass of data
- Good communications skills
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Sensitive and discreet in dealing with personal and confidential matters
- Able to work in a dynamic environment
