Responsibilities:

  • Report to Regional HR Director and manage full spectrum of C&B function for Hong Kong and APAC office
  • Lead, initiate and deliver various C&B programs such as variable incentive plans, salary review, salary benchmarking etc.
  • Advise the HRBPs and stakeholders of market trend based on analysis and simulation
  • Review and revamp current pay structure. Make adjustments in order to promote performance driven culture.
  • Conduct regular review and analyse data from system to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in HR/ IT/ Finance with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, regional expousre is essential
  • Proactive, result-oriented and detail-minded
  • A self-starter who is people oriented and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid experience in project management is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
