Our client is a well established organization with large scale of entertainment services in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • support in formulating CRM strategy, which target for young customer segment to achieve the company business objective
  • manage a team to drive and execute effective and timely customer programs, starting from data analysis, program planning, execution and evaluation, with an objective to cultivate interests and increase participation
  • implement the branding integrity for the target segment by implementing the branding guideline and identifying effective language and tone of CRM programmes
  • work closely with different internal stakeholders to optimize the outcome
  • manage and liaise with design houses, printers and other vendors for marketing collaterals and premium production
  • evaluate and analyse the program effectiveness, and prepare management reports
  • handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • a university degree with a minimum of 8 years solid experience in CRM marketing
  • strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • analytical mind with strong problem solving capability
  • a creative mind-set and a good understanding of young generation cultures
  • fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
