Job Duties

  • Support Manager in formulating CRM strategy, which target for young customer segment to achieve the business objective
  • Manage a team to drive and execute effective and timely customer programs, starting from data analysis, program planning, execution and evaluation, with an objective to cultivate interests and increase participation
  • Implement the branding integrity for the target segment by implementing the branding guideline and identifying effective language and tone of CRM programmes
  • Work closely with different internal stakeholders to optimise the outcome
  • Manage and liaise with design houses, printers and other vendors for marketing collateral and premium production
  • Evaluate and analyse the program effectiveness, and prepare management reports
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University degree with a minimum of 8 years solid experience in CRM marketing
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Analytical mind with strong problem solving capability
  • Creative mind-set and a good understanding of young generation cultures
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Passion for horse racing and football wagering preferred
