Our client is a well established organization with large scale of entertainment services in Hong Kong

Responsiblities:

  • Formulate retail marketing programs and activities which targets for assigned customer segment to achieve company's business objectives.
  • Drive and execute customer activities and events at from event planning, execution and evaluation
  • Manage customer journey for grooming programs including content development and management
  • Implement the branding integrity for new customer segment and ensure marketing collaterals are customized in optimized for new customer segment's tone and language.
  • Work closely with different internal stakeholders to optimize the outcome.
  • Manage and liaise with design houses, printers and other vendors for marketing collaterals and premium production.
  • Evaluate and analyze the program effectiveness; prepare management reports.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • a degree with a minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in retail marketing and event management
  • strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • analytical mind with strong problem solving capability
  • a creative mindset and deep understanding of new generation cultures preferred
  • experience in team management is highly preferred
  • fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
