Responsibilities:

Retail Marketing:

  • Formulate and implement product launch strategy and plans to achieve business objectives
  • Plan and execute both online and offline product launch, GWP, roadshow, joint promotions, etc., to enhance the brand awareness
  • Develop KPI and measurements to evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities; provide feedback and recommendation for improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of launch events and promotions are in line with brand's planning

Digital Marketing:

  • Coordinate with HQ Marketing Team to prepare marketing materials and implement promotions via eDM, Facebook, Instagram, retailor/ distributor's website etc.
  • Coordinate with Local Agency/ Retailor/ Distributor for execution of ad placements campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, programmatic, UAC, paid social, Affiliate marketing, etc)

Forecasts

  • Lead annual forecasting (CPS) of novelties in collaboration with Retail Sales Manager. Process includes:
    o Performance benchmarking with past launches
    o Setting and implementation of launch guidelines, both global and regional
    o Alignment to AnP, in consultation with country management
    o Estimation of prices and valorization of forecasts for budgeting purposes
    o Entry and checking of data into the company's portal
  • Submit exception management requirements to head office and follow up constantly on whether exceptions are approved
  • Maintain up to date Master Forecast files within APAC information database for ease of access
  • Ordering of products and brand items for use in internal communications and regional events
    Media Management
  • Lead media planning in collaboration with Retail Manager, adapting brand global media strategies to fit regional market realities.
    o Working either directly with media agencies (local) on media campaign implementation; ensuring alignment with brand and market strategy
  • Track media investments and competitors' ATL activities
  • Maintain up to date media plans within the APAC information database
  • Track and manage media invoices to ensure timely payments and minimize fluctuations in cost due to foreign exchange
    Public Relations
  • Lead development of PR strategy with the brand development teams (brand communications) and Retail Sales Manager
  • Liaise with the PR Agency/ Retailer/ Distributor to help implement the different activations
  • Ensure adequate PR material is ordered during forecasting sessions (CPS)
  • Collate and submit PR clippings to brand development teams at HQ

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in a retail marketing management, category management or similar level marketing role (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and involvement of PR & Communications will be advantageous
  • Luxury/FMCG/beauty background highly regarded
    Education: Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration
    Languages: Fluency in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
