Your responsibilities
As Assistant Consumer Marketing Manager, you will drive the definition, development and introduction of products that bring ever-more rewarding and enjoyable experiences to consumers by meeting their needs.

You will be working in a network of various stakeholders based in other countries and in Hong Kong. It will be your task to re-evaluate the category strategy and drive projects that are identified to further boost the growth of our key products.

  • Running life cycle management projects for our existing range
  • Business performance analysis
  • Analyzing market development and competitive benchmark
  • Analyzing rating & reviews to translate these into product improvements
  • Working together with innovation team on product solutions
  • Supporting the development of communication assets
  • Daily contact with sales organizations across the globe on subjects like portfolio optimization and business performance

We are looking for

  • Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record
  • At least 4 years of experience in an international business environment in the field of B2C marketing or product management
  • Knowledge of the dynamics of marketing / brand management of consumer products/FMCG/ consumer health including new product / category introductions.
  • Great analytical skills, familiar with PowerPoint and Excel, good project and time management capabilities.
  • Has pro-active attitude, good communication skills, highly committed, real team player and passionate about understanding consumers.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to collaborate with local marketing, and sales teams, and create network within and outside the organization.
