Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop a strong understanding of the department culture, business strategy, and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business
  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing and selection, interview and offer management
  • Assess hiring metrics and recruiting processes to identify areas of improvement and provide recommended actions
  • Attract, identify candidates with a variety of recruitment methodologies, such as internal and external posting, referral activities, direct sourcing through job boards and social media, graduate recruitment, etc
  • Drive and manage the candidate experience throughout the selection process including offer negotiation and new hire onboarding

Requirments:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management with at least 5 years recruiting experience in agency and in-house
  • Experience in a complex business environment
  • Extensive experience developing and executing fully comprehensive recruitment plans
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the proven ability to respond proactively to client needs
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
