  • Provide consultative advice to business leaders in the area of talent and organisation development
  • Responsible for the development and review of the Group's talent management strategy, including leadership development, performance management, succession planning, etc.
  • Lead the annual talent review and facilitate talent discussion with senior stakeholders and department head
  • Design and formulate policies and procedures, and guidelines and mechanism in supporting the implementation of various talent management programs
  • Partner with HR and L&D counterparts on different staff engagement programs


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or other business-related disciplines
  • A minimum of 15 years of solid Talent Management / OD / L&D experience gained from sizable organisations
  • Familiar with different talent assessment tools
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and e-learning tools
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
