Responsibilities:

  • Be the subject matter expert to roll out global people and organization development programs across the region
  • Initiate and drive regional people development strategy to ensure the development of talents across the region
  • Be the strategic partner with country heads and senior management, and provide consultative advice on driving talent management initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners on talent management and succession planning programs
  • Work with different HR counterparts on the implementation of change management projects across the region
  • Facilitate workshops on corporate value and culture change to ensure the vision and mission statements are delivered effectively across all levels of employees
  • Integrate digital platform to the people development framework to enhance its efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in any adhoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in training & development / human resources management / related disciplines
  • Minimum of 15 years of solid HR experience of which a focus in L&D, Talent Management or Organizational Development, gained from well-strcutured MNCs
  • Successful track record in driving regional talent management and organisational development projects
  • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English
