Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for different employee engagement and staff communication programs
  • Draft official circulating materials, and share it via company intranet or email of announcements
  • Ensure internal articles sharing across employees are align with the corporate standard
  • Enhance the internal communication channel among different levels of employees to ensure corporate value are disseminated across the whole organization
  • Assist the HR Head on different change management and culture transformation projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business-related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in HR Employee Relations, Marketing / Corporate Communications
  • Familiar with the usage of company intranet system
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese (incl Mandarin)
