Responsibilities

  • Design and develop the learning & development curriculum to cope with the growth of the company
  • Organize and maintain the training calendar and programs in order to engage the learning culture across the organization
  • Conduct training needs analysis and provide effective L&D solutions to different business units and departments
  • Develop and enhance the e-learning platforms to maximize the digital learning experience
  • Assist the senior manager on the talent management and organization development programs
  • Participate in any ad hoc L&D tasks as required


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 6 years of solid Learning & Development experience gained from sizable corporations
  • Well-experienced in organising and coordinating different learning & development programs
  • Effective interpersonal and excellent presentation skills
  • Independent with ability to work under pressure on multi-tasks
  • Good command in both writte and verbal Chinese and English
