Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full range of L&D activities in Hong Kong
  • Liaise closely with senior stakeholders on identifying training needs and develop learning direction and strategy
  • Design and deliver (both face-to-face and web-based) various training programs to different levels of employees
  • Coordinate with both internal and external trainers / consultants on learning program implementations
  • Develop and maintain learning curriculum and manage the annual L&D budget
  • Supervise subordinates to ensure smooth administrative work such as attendance and CPD records
  • Participate in different projects such as talent management , diversity & inclusion programs, etc.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • 8 years or more L&D experience gained from banking sectors or professional firms
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience at supervisory level
  • Professional certificates in coaching / training would be an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in design and delivery of training programs with target audience of professional lawyers or equivalent
  • Proficient computers skills in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
