Category Management

  • Define Travel Retail marketing strategy for the region including product priorities, sampling strategy, pricing strategy, and trade marketing strategy.
  • Drive new launches and push growth on pillar products, contribute to the growth of the respective categories.
  • Identify the new launch potential with the accurate forecast.
  • Define the assortment per zone and follow up with regional demand planner.
  • Lead and implement 360° plan to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
  • Digital marketing and e-commerce, work with digital business manager to champion digital marketing initiatives, including finding synergies from offline to online to enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate with regional cross functional teams (Digital, Sales, VM, Logistic, Education, Finance, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy.
  • Regular product marketing and category insights to support innovation strategies.
  • Ensure brand image and Global messages are respected and aligned with brand standards

Consumer Engagement Activations

  • In partnership with retail and education team, create engaging brand experiences to enhance traveller's shopper experience
  • Propose and execute retail event strategy to drive retailtainment, consumer experience, and retail sales.
  • Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to management in close collaboration with Commercial and Retail team
  • Drive the design and development of Outpost & HPP, PR eventsadapted to Operators to ensure maximum consumers engagement and conversion

Business Analysis and Reporting

  • Provide regular and updated reports on all the marketing activities.
  • Reviewing sales & category trends with internal and external benchmarks
  • Performance benchmarking with past launches
  • Setting and implementation of launch guidelines
  • Estimation of prices and valorization of forecasts for budgeting purposes
  • Entry and verification of data into the CPS (forecasting) portal with the support of Marketing Executive
  • Assist Marketing Director with some marketing presentations.


  • Manage marketing spending to maximize ROI.
  • Supervision of marketing executive


  • Bachelor Degree in any related discipline
  • At least 8years relevant experience in Fashion/Beauty/ FMCG industry
  • Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills with energetic, passionate and innovative character
  • Strong self-starter who excels in fast-paced, start-up type environments, good problem solving, interpersonal, presentation and strong analytical skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Motivated and enthusiastic working-attitude and team-spirit
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
