Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily running of shop and maintain the highest standard of shop environment
  • Assist Retail Operations Manager in driving sale initiatives to achieve company objectives
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver quality customer service
  • Oversee VIP Program and various promotion programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience in luxury retail industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused and task-oriented
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
