Responsibilities:

  • Patrol at queue ticketing area to direct customer traffic to DBSO, GBO and Tellers (even triage "Express Queue" vs. traditional counter services)
  • Answering customer questions about all aspects of banking services
  • Guide customers to self-serve channel to complete transaction (e.g. automated centre, drop box etc)
  • Manage walk-ins and queue management

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • 1 year working experience in customer services is preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Candidate with hospitality experience would be a definite advantage
  • Pleasant personality and good presentation, customer service oriented
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
