Responsibilities:

  • Assist Business System Manager to provide day-to-day system operation and support for Credit Card including Issuing & Acquiring and Unsecured Loans
  • Act as Password Administrator for Card System and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations
  • Handle System Parameter Changes for different systems / applications which related to Cards & Unsecured Lending
  • Collect and collate statistical and system data in a timely manner for the reporting
  • Perform and arrange UAT and regression test for system enhancements, fault fixings and security patch.
  • Assist and support on system enhancements execution, including project documentation (e.g. User Story, Test plan/case document) according to project governance
  • Assist and monitor IT related budget and review IT related expenses with quarterly and annual reports
  • Support system rollout/cutover and perform production verification
  • Support production incident investigation and resolve the issue within the SLA
  • Daily routine is around 50% system support/admin and 50% system enhancement/project support

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or Degree holder in IT or Management Information System discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in system operation and support roles
  • Preferably with experience in Consumer Banking, Credit Card and Unsecured Loans
  • Have a strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude and an avid team player
  • Pro-active and self-motivated attitude and willing to learn
  • Ability to analyze problems and make effective recommendations
  • Willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for system cutover or emergency support
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of JIRA and confluence is an advantage
