Our client is a well-known prestige luxury brand with strong global existence. To cope with their growth in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a high-potential HR caliber to join their C&B team

Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for full range of C&B tasks such as payroll processing, benefits and pensions registration, tax filing administration, annual review and renewal, etc.
  • Process monthly payroll and calculate commission / incentives in accurate and timely manner
  • Consolidate HR data and prepare relevant reports for management review
  • Liaise with vendors and conduct annual review of different benefit scheme
  • Assist in annual C&B practice of salary review, bonus payout, benchmark and survey, etc.
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of solid HR experience of which focus in C&B, gained from retail sectors
  • Hands-on payroll processing experience with variables of commission / incentives
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS system
  • Detail-oriented and strong numerical sense
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
