  • Plans and manages the implementation of the change and rollout plan, to ensure the transition from current state to target state is smooth.
  • Develops project and program-based capability views, resulting business processes and operation.
  • Assess change impact by working with the Program Director and stakeholders to identify and manage all aspect of changes relating to the migration - Operation Readiness, Release Management, Training Management, Process Improvement, Internal and External Communication Management.
  • Evaluate change impact, perform risk assessment and assess organizational readiness. Define change strategy and plan.
  • Provide program team with guidance and tools to deliver and execute the change management plan.
  • Work with Business and Support Units to develop the change management plan, which includes the scope of change, teams/ departments involved, functions and processes impacted, along with the implementation strategy.
  • Support communication efforts by creating and implementing an effective communication plan across all channels and stakeholders (including internal parties, business partners and customers).
  • Develop training plan and support the training, by working with stakeholders to design training materials and deliver training programs.
  • Manage the operational readiness of the implementation milestones as per the release schedule.
  • Document and create change management reports, MIS for internal communication.
  • Prepare updates for Senior Management review, and communicate risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Promote a positive work culture based on respect for people, integrity of actions, creativity and collaboration leading to increased productivity


  • Programme / change management professional with rich experience in the management of large & strategic system migration/transformation projects. Financial service experience in Card and Unsecured lending will be preferred and advantageous.
  • Prior experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Highly adaptable, ability to work amidst ambiguity and pressure in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, persuading and communication skills - applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, workshops, presentations)
  • Ability to collaborate and drive consensus/results across diverse group of stakeholders in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • A good understanding of Agile and Project Management methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively and proactively in self-directed manner
