Job duties:

  • As an ambassador of the Brand and the voice of client development across the stores
  • Guide and support the store team in engaging existing, recruiting new, and building loyal and long term relationships with clients.
  • Focus on establishing and driving the local client strategy while adapting it to suit each store's priorities.
  • Working in collaboration with global network and you will be accountable for animating the store network by utilising all existing tools
  • Attend store events in collaboration with the wider team, implement and oversee the direct communication strategy for the stores while also ensuring that all initiates are adapted and tailored for the local market.

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in banking industry, Hospitality, service industry, customer service; including at least 5 years' experience in customer segment management
  • Good fashion sense
  • Be a good team player and self-motivated with strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizing and management skills with creative mind
