Job Duties:

  • Work closely with Managing Director and General Managers to define and implement the private Clienteling strategy & personal shopping with the objective to 1) build top spenders' repeat sales 2) accelerate recruitment and retention of high spenders
  • Assign clients to each team member based on their relationship or product of expertise
  • Responsible to plan and participate in meeting for all Loyalty events and work closely with merchants, marketing, and store team to achieve the event sales / show up rate and collect customer feedback for future improvement
  • Deep understanding of high spenders and luxury market
  • Plan, achieve monthly, yearly sales, incentive, and communication
  • Responsible for the Return on Investment of Clienteling action plans
  • Implement strategies to effectively drive customer satisfaction, engagement, return visits and growth of members, and tiers upgrades
  • Evolve proactive contact programs to reach out and engage with high potential segments and re-engage lapsed customers in accordance with Global Strategy.
  • Manage and govern Clienteling customer activity, interests, and sales tracking on Sales Force platform
  • VIP outreach plans, including new potential client acquisition and maintaining existing client loyalty
  • Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, as well as KPIs and profitability targets Prestige Lounge Operation
  • Primarily responsible for leading and motivating the Prestige Lounge team to provide a luxury shopping experience and personal services to high spending clientele
  • Manage Lounge operations by maintaining exceptional levels of customer service
  • Recruit, manage, train and develop the Lounge team
  • Provide consistent motivation and coaching to ensure desired luxury service expectations are achieved
  • Deliver the sale budgets and spending targets attached to the Prestige Lounge
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years' experience
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, hospitality services or luxury brand/boutique
  • Experience in servicing high-level clients including minimum 2 years in a leadership role preferred
  • Fluency in English language and Chinese
