Responsibilities

  • Act as the Business Continuity Management manager of the department to govern, manage, control the department to be in compliance with bank-wide policies and procedures.
  • Conduct department level periodic assessment / self-assessment, control test based on the bank's / HKMA's requirements / templates.
  • Define and execute regular governance and control measures for the department to assure compliance
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and others in day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Manage department level office administration.



Requirements

  • University Degree in any discipline
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in Banking Compliance
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability mindset
