Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the company conducts its business in full compliance and regulations and standards that are relevant to its industry
  • Assist the manager to implement and manage an effective compliance program
  • Assess company operations to determine compliance risk
  • Perform periodic reviews to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls across the company

Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years' experience in compliance and risk management role
  • Dynamic, self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
