Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and respond to Conference enquiries from internal and external contacts (including internal staff, clients and companies)
  • Work with the Banks and Corporate Access teams to track and monitor invitation responses
  • Maintain updated profiles/conference requirements for attending corporate and investors
  • Meeting scheduling and distribution of meeting schedules to related parties
  • Create periodic management reports

Requirements:
  • Mandarin/English speaking
  • Bachelor's Degree in a recognized University
  • Experience with event management will be a plus
  • Good organizational and problem solving skills
