  • Report to Marketing Director
  • Establish goals, set clear CRM objectives and action plans
  • Oversee and implement customer acquisition strategy, member engagement & communication strategy via online & offline channels, work closely with internal and external parties, including various business units and external vendors/agencies
  • Work closely with sales and operations to drive sales
  • Lead the team to prepare sales and marketing materials
  • Analyze all marketing activities, drive efficiency and optimize result
  • Support e-commerce business initiative to drive digital business performance
  • Explore potential partnerships with new and high potential client recruitment
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • University degree or above in marketing or equivalent field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM and brand marketing, preferable with experience in beauty / service sector
  • Experience in retail digital marketing, eCommerce or digital agency is an advantage
  • Good data and customer analytics skill, able to Identify actionable insights about consumer behavior and drivers of business performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Business level English, Mandarin, and Cantonese with excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
