Requirements:

  • Serve as the focal point to gather and analyze business requirements/translate into functional/technical requirement which covers all business needs.

  • Provide support to and work closely with the team throughout the project life cycle.

  • Conduct documentation and analysis of possible solutions; assisting in iterations required to deliver solutions.

  • Identify and document the needs of the business and, based on these requirements, discuss and review the needs with the end users.

  • Formulate strategies and develop road maps through synthesis and assessment.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and Customer Relationsip Management systems.

  • Excellent communication in Cantonese and English.

  • Proven track record in CRM products such as Oracle, Salesforce is a plus.
