Responsiblity:

  • Regular analytical analysis of competitors and the customer landscape to ensure the competitiveness of the CRM program
  • Monitors and evaluates competitor retail operations and merchandising practices and reports their potential impact
  • Work with Product Team, S&M team and regional CRM team to develop CRM strategy and customer loyalty program to meet the company's objectives
  • Work with IT and other outsourced partners in developing analytical platform and database enhancement across all CRM solutions
  • Managing CRM budget planning and keeping expense in-line with budget.
  • Plan and organize all in-store selling events, client activities, and international CRM events.
  • To proactively review and seek feedback from frontline staff and assist Retail manager to develop systematic staff coaching with store manager to monitor staff service performance

The Candidate should have:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with CRM processes and tools
  • Strong knowledge of luxury retail market and customer profile
  • Ability to develop, motivate and lead a team to achieve key commercial and customer service targets
  • Proficient in sales, retail KPI, incentives, and P&L management and analysis
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
