Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support the store team in engaging existing, recruiting new, and building loyal and long term relationships with clients
  • Focus on establishing and driving the local client strategy with adaptation to suit each store's priorities
  • Work in collaboration with the company's global network
  • Drive and manage store events in collaboration with the wider team, implement and oversee the direct communication strategy for all stores
  • Plan and execute CRM Activities Calendar
  • Develop CRM Event Guidelines in order to assist local teams to define and implement event concepts
  • Generate reports to integrate qualitative and quantitative findings for future planning
  • Data Segmentation & Analysis, KPI Setting & Analysis and to drive CRM Initiatives



Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience
  • Creative spirit to think "out of the box"
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Expert of CRM
  • Capacity of planning and anticipating
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Be operational and sales result driven
  • Be passionate and promote fun spirit of the brand
